My business is NOT liable for Tax and/or customs charge. It means that
if you order something from my shop, you will have to pay Tax and/or
customs charge in order to collect your parcel.
You will have to pay VAT to the delivery company either before the goods
are delivered or when you collect them.
In order to know the exact amount you have to pay, you can check the Vat
rate on your country.

As most of the garments are individually made to order, the processing
time can be different between clothes. Due to the handmade nature of
these items please allow me 6-8 weeks. If you require your order earlier
or by a specific date, please message me and I will be happy to see
what can I do for you.

Since they are handmade clothes, I always recommend to hand wash them or
machine gentle cycle at low temperature. Hang to dry and iron on a low
heat setting.

As a made to order business I unfortunately do not accept refunds or returns. However, I accept alteration within 14 days. If you need a smaller size or a shorter length, please contact me. Any postage fee will need to be covered by the customer.
