All the sizes can be adjusted according to your wishes, therefore if you are a petite, plus or you just want a different measure from the one written on the website, you can send me an email with your preferences and I will be happy to make the right size for you. It is very important to request the customization before completing the order because it is not always possible. Sometimes I have enough fabric for just 1 piece and in that case, I will not be able to do the customisation.
If you see a fabric you like but on the wrong item or an item you like but made with the fabric you don’t, you can contact me directly to discuss your custom idea. Custom order gives you the opportunity to have a unique garment made just for you with the fabric you love the most. It is very important to request the customization before completing the order because it is not always possible. Sometimes I have enough fabric for just 1 piece and in that case, I will not be able to do the customisation.
My business is NOT liable for Tax and/or customs charge. It means that if you order something from my shop, you will have to pay Tax and/or customs charge in order to collect your parcel. You will have to pay VAT to the delivery company either before the goods are delivered or when you collect them. In order to know the exact amount you have to pay, you can check the Vat rate on your country.
As most of the garments are individually made to order, the processing time can be different between clothes. Due to the handmade nature of these items please allow me 4-6 weeks. If you require your order earlier or by a specific date, please message me and I will be happy to see what can I do for you.
Since they are handmade clothes, I always recommend to hand wash them or machine gentle cycle at low temperature. Hang to dry and iron on a low heat setting.
As a made to order business I unfortunately do not accept refunds or returns. However, I accept alteration within 14 days. If you need a smaller size or a shorter length, please contact me. Any postage fee will need to be covered by the customer.
