As most of the garments are individually made to order, the processing time can be different between clothes. Due to the handmade nature of these items please allow me between 6 to 8 weeks. If you require your order earlier or by a specific date, please message me and I will be happy to see what can I do for you.

We offer £4.00 flat rate shipping to United Kingdom and £12.00 / £15.00 to the rest of the world.
Free shipping for orders over £150.00 for UK only.

When you order from outside UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lunaticpin is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@lunaticpin.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
